- Extra virgin olive oil
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt & Pepper
Cut the broccoli into about 2 inch pieces, including both the flowers and stems.
Cook the broccoli in water with a little salt for 20 minutes.
Add the pasta to the same boiling water with the broccoli and cook for 8-9 minutes.
Drain the broccoli and pasta together.
Toss with the olive oil and parmesan cheese.
Add pepper to taste. The water was salted, but if you need additional salt, add now to taste.
