Return & Exchange Policy

Returns
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it with return postage at your expense. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging. Returned product will be replaced with your choice of similarly priced product. No cash or credit/debit card refunds will be granted.
Exchanges
Upon receipt of your item, it will be inspected and you will be notified as to the status of your product replacement request. At that time, the substitute product will be determined. The replacement product will be shipped within 48 business hours of receipt of your returned product.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
