Doc’s 3 – Minute Salsa


  • 2 chopped-up tomatoes
  • 2 chopped slices of red onions
  • 12 to 15 sprigs of finely chopped cilantro
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt, fresh pepper, red pepper flakes or any piece of finely minced hot pepper


Mix all ingredients and let stand.
Serve as a side or top off your dish (also great on Doc’s Omelet!)
