- 1 packet CardioMender, MD High Protein Mashed Potatoes, either Garlic or Sour Cream & Chive
- 1 scoop CardioMender, MD High Protein Aged Cheddar Cheese mix (use more or less to taste) – This item is available in our pantry for pickup only. Call us to arrange for purchasing.
- 1 Tbsp Oscar Meyer Turkey Bacon Bits
- Fresh chives, optional
- Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes to taste
- Prepare cheese sauce per directions on canister.
- Prepare mashed potatoes per directions on box.
- Season potatoes to taste with salt, pepper and optional red pepper flakes.
- Plate the potatoes.
- Drizzle cheddar cheese sauce over top of potatoes.
- Garnish with bacon bits, chives and additional fresh herbs
