Doc’s Vegetable Chili over Fusilli Pasta
1 bag of CardioMender, MD Fusilli Pasta
1 pouch of CardioMender, MD Vegetable Chili
Water in a pinch of salt
Take a single bag of CardioMender, MD Fusilli Pasta and place the boil-in-bag directly into 4 cups of slightly salted boiling water. Cook for 9 minutes. Two and a half minutes before the pasta is done cooking, place 1 packet of CardioMender, MD Vegetable Chili in a bowl with 2/3 cup of water and cook in a microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Empty the contents of the pasta bag into the chili once both are finished cooking. Stir and enjoy!
