- 1 Paleo Coconut Wrap*
- 1 slice Rosmarino Oven Roasted Rosemary Ham
- 1 slice Jarlsberg Lite (reduced fat Swiss cheese)
- Brown mustard
- On a microwave safe plate, place paleo wrap, then cheese, then ham on top of cheese, Microwave for 45 seconds on high
- Spread mustard
- Carefully roll up wrap
