- 1 large bunch asparagus
- 3 heads Romaine lettuce
- 1 bunch of grapes (we used red and green grapes, black would be great, also)
- Salad dressing of your choice (we used CardioMender, MD Extra Virgin Olive Oil along with one of our CMMD flavored White Balsamic vinegars, salt, pepper & red pepper flakes)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Wash and trim asparagus. Toss with oil, salt and pepper.
Grill until tender and browning.
Wash grapes. Drizzle a little olive oil on them, season with salt and pepper.
Place on a sheet of aluminum foil with edges bent up so you don’t lose any grapes.
Grill grapes in “pouch” until skins just start to pop.
Peel whole leaves of 2 heads of the Romaine lettuce. Wash and dry.
Spray lightly with PAM and grill until just browning, turning as needed.
Tear remaining head of Romaine into salad bowl.
Add grilled lettuce, asparagus and grapes.
Add dressing and toss.
