CardioMender, MD has upped the ante of our #1 Premium MegaMax Injection to take it Beyond MegaMax. It now has four times the Vitamin B12, plus all the other cardiometabolic components that the MegaMax contains.

All Lipotropic Vitamin B12 injections are not the same! Our uniquely designed New and Improved Beyond MegaMax Injection supports optimal metabolism, fat burning and safe weight loss when used in conjunction with a calorically restricted nutritional program and exercise, designed to support optimal health. Many of the others simply have Vitamin B12 and MIC and often very little, at that. Beyond MegaMax is so much more. We have put together a unique lipotropic formulation with the necessary components in the proper amounts to be most effective. This is what makes our comprehensive MegaMax Vitamin B12 Lipotropic Injection unique.

Increased Risk of Vitamin B12 Deficiency

Vitamin B12 levels fall with increasing age, atrophic gastritis and other digestive conditions, and after bariatric surgical procedures. Many people who are overweight also have Type-2 Diabetes and take Metformin which interferes with Vitamin B12 absorption. Many medications commonly used to treat GERD such as PepsidTM, NexiumTM and antacids are associated with low Vitamin B12 levels. Proton pump inhibitors such as NexiumTM and PrevacidTM, also used to treat GERD, are believed to interfere with Vitamin B12 absorption, as well.

Beyond MegaMax, Vitamin B12 Lipotropic Injection now includes Four Times the Vitamin B12 (1000 mg) PLUS:

CardioMender, MD uses a bioidentical form of B12 called Hydroxycobalamin. Hydroxycobalamin is safer and has better bioavailability than the cheaper, more commonly used synthetic Cyano-B12 (cyanocobalamin), which actually contains cyanide. Vitamin B12 has been frequently referred to as the ‘energy vitamin’ and is critical to maintaining a healthy metabolism, neurologic health, and red blood cell production. Energy levels have been shown to improve when Vitamin B12 is replaced in those that are deficient.1

  • Lidocaine – No Pain! CardioMender, MD includes a small amount of lidocaine in our MegaMax so that you hardly feel the injection.
  • Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) Vitamin B1, Thiamine, has a critical role in energy metabolism. Increased risk of Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) deficiency occurs with increased frequency in both Type 1 and 2 Diabetes, chronic alcohol over-use, increasing age and post bariatric surgical procedures.2
  • Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) Riboflavin, Vitamin B2, plays an essential role in fat metabolism, energy production, and cellular growth development and function, in addition to playing a role in the metabolism of certain drugs and steroids. It is a water-soluble B vitamin. Those at an increased risk of Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) deficiency includes vegetarian athletes, pregnant and lactating women and their infants, vegans and/or those who consume little or no milk.3
  • Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide) Vitamin B3, Niacinamide, plays an important role in the breakdown and conversion of fats, carbohydrates and proteins into energy, while also paying a critical role in regulating genetic expression and integrity, fat synthesis and maintaining optimal antioxidant function in our cells.4
  • Pro-Vitamin B5 (Dexpanthenol) Dexpanthenol is converted in the body into Vitamin B5 or Pantothenic acid. Vitamin B5, Pantothenic acid, is important to properly metabolize fats, carbohydrates and proteins and for maintaining skin health.5
  • Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) Vitamin B6, also known as Pyridoxine, is critical in the metabolism of proteins and carbohydrates but has many other supportive roles such as neurologic and immune functions and the formation of hemoglobin.
  • L-Carnitine According to the National Institute of Health, Office of Dietary Health Supplements, L-Carnitine assists with fat burning in our cells.6

MIC Lipotropic (Methionine, Inositol, Choline) Lipotropic Combo

Methionine – Methionine is one of nine essential amino acids which means it is not made by the body and therefore must be obtained from the diet or external sources. It is one of the three components of the lipotropic agent, MIC.

Inositol – Inositol is a carbohydrate that plays many roles in the body. Inositol has demonstrated that it may be useful in reducing blood sugar by making insulin more effective and therefore may be helpful in people with Type-2 Diabetes, PCOS and frequently those with metabolic syndrome who generally have insulin resistance. People with impaired insulin function typically have difficulty losing weight. The paradox is if weight can be lost, these conditions are frequently improved and may even be reversed. Inositol has a good safety profile.7

Choline – Choline plays an important part in many processes in the body, including:8

  • Fat metabolism and transport. Choline is believed to be critical in the process of mobilizing cholesterol from the liver and preventing cholesterol build up. Therefore, it may be helpful in patients who have a fatty liver.
  • Cell communication and structure
  • Important role in DNA production
  • Critical role in neural transmitter synthesis involved in a host of neurologic functions including memory.

Eating a whole food, non-processed, balanced diet which includes fresh fruits, vegetables and nominal animal products goes a long way to providing much of what we need to stay healthy and fit. A Vitamin B12 Lipotropic Injection, such as our Beyond MegaMax, now with four times the B12, is especially beneficial if you have certain medical conditions or take medications that impair your ability to get the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants needed to maintain optimal metabolism and health.

If you are unable to come in for the Beyond MegaMax, try our At-Home Vitamin B12 Lipotropic Injections. Or if you prefer, try our high dose At-Home Encapsulated Lipotropic Vitamin B12 with MIC. Both are delivered directly to you.
