- 1/4 Cup low-fat or no-fat ricotta cheese
- 1/4 Cup blueberries
- Paleo wraps
- PAM spray
- Mix together ricotta cheese and blueberries
- Wrap in a Paleo wrap.
- Heat a frying pan on medium heat and spray with PAM.
- Heat each wrap for 60 to 90 seconds on each side.

Counts as only 1 protein and 1 fruit.
If you do not use fruit, you might want to add a half packet of Splenda, or not.
