Doc’s Mouth-Watering Crepes

  • 1/4 Cup low-fat or no-fat ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 Cup blueberries
  • Paleo wraps
  • PAM spray


  • Mix together ricotta cheese and blueberries
  • Wrap in a Paleo wrap.
  • Heat a frying pan on medium heat and spray with PAM.
  • Heat each wrap for 60 to 90 seconds on each side.

It’s that easy!

Counts as only 1 protein and 1 fruit.
If you do not use fruit, you might want to add a half packet of Splenda, or not.
