Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout once an address is entered. We currently provide FREE shipping on domestic orders over $100.

Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses

CardioMender, MD Weight Loss Specialists website current does not ship to U.S. Territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

CardioMender, MD Weight Loss Specialists’ website is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

CardioMender, MD Weight Loss Specialists’ website is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods while filing a claim.
