Among our simplest healthy recipes, I made this in less than 5 minutes. Everyone will love it, friends and family, not just those on our program. Eat it right away, but make enough for later. I actually like it better the next day…
Ingredients
- Cucumber, pealed and cut
- Fresh red bell pepper, diced
- Fresh yellow pepper, diced
- Slice of red onion, diced
- Salt and pepper
- Red pepper flakes to taste
- Basil or other herbs to your taste
- CMMD Ultra Premium Olive Oil
- Vinegar: I use white vinegar PLUS a DASH of wine vinegar and a DASH of Champagne vinegar
Quantities are up to you. Make a lot or make a little. Use more of what you like best.
Directions
Combine all ingredients, toss and enjoy!
