Doc’s All American Hot Dog


  • Hebrew National 97% Fat Free Beef Franks
  • Coconut Wraps, sold in our pantry
  • Onions
  • Bell peppers, all colors
  • Extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
  • Sauerkraut
  • Mustard and other condiments as desired


  1. Cut onions and peppers into long strips.
  2. Saute in oil until just tender or well done, however you like them.
  3. Grill hot dogs on the barbeque or on a grill pan over medium heat.
  4. Assemble your hot dog with sauerkraut, onions, peppers and condiments as you like in a Coconut Wrap.
  5. Wrap it up and enjoy!
