Doc’s All American Hot Dog
- Hebrew National 97% Fat Free Beef Franks
- Coconut Wraps, sold in our pantry
- Bell peppers, all colors
- Extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
- Mustard and other condiments as desired
- Cut onions and peppers into long strips.
- Saute in oil until just tender or well done, however you like them.
- Grill hot dogs on the barbeque or on a grill pan over medium heat.
- Assemble your hot dog with sauerkraut, onions, peppers and condiments as you like in a Coconut Wrap.
- Wrap it up and enjoy!
