Guarantee Success with Plan A, Plan B, Plan C. No matter whether you are staying on plan, getting back on track or successfully maintaining your weight loss, this strategy guarantees to increase the likelihood of success.

When it comes to your meals and snacks, always have a Plan A, a Plan B and a Plan C prepared.

Have a Plan A (1st Choice), Plan B (Backup) and Plan C (Failsafe) as contingencies. The shortage of time is frequently part of why we make sub-optimal choices. Have a predetermined fallback of plan-friendly snacks and food options that you carry with you, when in the car or at a meeting, or have on-hand at work or at home.
