Ingredients & Directions
Mix 1/4 cup fat free Greek yogurt (my favorite is Fage brand)
Add your choice of berries, such as 6 chopped strawberries or 6 raspberries or 1/4 cup blueberries.
Add artificial sweeteners of your choice to taste.
OR
Mix fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice into 1/4 cup fat free Greek yogurt.
Add artificial sweetener to taste. You can try Truvia brand or Stevia leaves.
Add fresh mint to either recipe above for an added twist and additional anti-oxidants to lower your deleterious free radical levels.
