- 2 tablespoons of CardioMender, MD Ultra-Premium Olive Oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 bunches of kale torn into 2” pieces
- 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (or to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat CardioMender, MD Ultra-Premium Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until it begins to brown (about 4 minutes).
Working in small batches, add kale to the skillet. Add red pepper flakes and cook until kale is fully cooked and tender (5-8 minutes).
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Exchange: 1 cup of cooked kale = 2 veggies
