Doc’s Iceberg Lettuce Wedge with Turkey and Swiss

Ingredients

  • Iceberg Lettuce – 1 quarter head
  • 2 oz. Low fat pre-sliced deli turkey
  • 2 oz. Low fat pre-sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Publix Low fat Thousand Island salad dressing
  • 1 hard boiled egg, optional

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix.

This salad counts as 4 very lean proteins (if you use 1 gram or less fat), zero fruits or veggies.

Adding a hard boiled egg adds 1 protein. (You can get already cooked and pealed eggs at Publix).
