Healthy Tuna Salad
- 1 five ounce can of white tuna (in water, ONLY)
- 2 tbsp red onion chopped
- 1 chopped celery stalk
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2-3 tbsp lite or fat-free mayo
- 2 slices of Doc’s Zero Net Carb Plain Bread or Zero Net Carb Rye Bread or Zero Net Carb Onion Pocket per serving.
Drain tuna and place in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and combine.
Serve your tuna salad on a bed of lettuce or stuff inside the Zero Net Carb bread of your choice!
