- Fresh Maine lobster
- Fresh lemon
- Extra virgin olive oil, in mister
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: fresh garlic in your olive oil mister
Boil the lobster for 4 minutes, more or less depending on size.
Run under cold water to stop the cooking.
Cut in half.
Grill for about 3 minutes, meat side down, then turn over and grill another 2 minutes shell side down.
Remove from grill and give a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
Instead of butter, use your olive oil mister. You can add garlic or fresh herbs to the mister as you like.
Salt and pepper to taste.
