Doc’s Toasted Coconut Salad Wrap
Ingredients:
- Coconut Wraps, available at CardioMender, MD
- Your favorite salad
- Your favorite salad dressing (just a little)
Directions:
Bake a coconut wrap in your oven or toaster oven at 275 degrees for just a few minutes. When it starts to brown, take it out and fold it into the shape you’d like. I like a taco shell shape.
Add your salad.
Add a little dressing. Try one of our recipes or one of our Walden Farms dressings.
