Aaron Welch is the owner of CardioMender Wellness & Weight Loss Specialists and brings an unusually broad scientific and financial background to healthcare. He earned his Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from The Johns Hopkins University, one of the world's leading biomedical research institutions, where his doctoral work focused on the molecular mechanisms underlying human disease. Following his training, Aaron transitioned into the capital markets, building a career as a biotechnology equity analyst and venture investor. He covered a large universe of clinical-stage and commercial biopharmaceutical companies at institutional firms including H.C. Wainwright & Co. and Guggenheim Securities, and later served as a portfolio manager at Symbiosis Capital Management, a healthcare-focused investment fund. In that capacity he evaluated hundreds of drug development programs, clinical trial datasets, and healthcare business models — developing a rigorous, evidence-based lens through which he assesses new therapies and patient care strategies. Aaron also founded Saber Therapeutics, a gene editing company developing meganuclease-based treatments for genetic disease, and PreFeast, a nutraceutical startup focused on metabolic health. His scientific fluency, capital markets experience, and entrepreneurial drive are reflected in CardioMender's commitment to offering patients access to the most current, evidence-supported approaches to medically supervised weight loss.

Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with prior experience as a physician and general surgeon, offering advanced clinical judgment and diagnostic expertise. Experienced in managing acute and chronic conditions in adult and geriatric populations, including telehealth delivery of care. Bilingual in English and Spanish, with a strong focus on patient-centered, evidence-based practice and chronic disease management.

Anaily is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in cosmetic aesthetics, with a passion for enhancing beauty and confidence through advanced, minimally invasive treatments. Her expertise spans neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, sclerotherapy, PRP and PRF for both aesthetics and hair restoration, micro-needling, and chemical peels. A recognized specialist in hair restoration therapy, Anaily offers a comprehensive approach combining topical treatments, injectables, and FUE procedures — delivering natural, lasting results for hair loss patients.

Originally from Haiti, Kettia brings 19 years of clinical nursing experience to our team. Her deep commitment to patient care and clinical excellence makes her an invaluable part of the CardioMender family.
