Here are some ways you can drop the pounds:
- Eating healthy is important but watch your portion sizes – it’s imprtant to measure out appropriate serving sizes for the foods you eat, even the healthy ones
- Schedule workouts plan meals as you would any other task – “I have no time” can’t be an excuse
- Every pound lost will help but it will be a long process – don’t expect anything overnight
- Bring a bagged lunch from home to work so you’re not forced to eat out and snack in between meals
