Healthy Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 five ounce can of white tuna (in water, ONLY)
  • 2 tbsp red onion chopped
  • 1 chopped celery stalk
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp lite or fat-free mayo
  • Lettuce
  • 2 slices of Doc’s Zero Net Carb Plain Bread or Zero Net Carb Rye Bread or Zero Net Pita Bread per serving.

Directions:

Drain tuna and place in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and combine.

Serve your tuna salad on a bed of lettuce or stuff inside the Zero Net Carb bread of your choice!

Makes 2 servings
