Why We Offer Tirzepatide Instead: Tirzepatide (Zepbound/Mounjaro) is FDA approved, has a well-established safety profile, and achieves average weight loss of 15–21% — among the best results of any approved medication. Retatrutide's additional glucagon receptor may offer a modest advantage, but it remains investigational. When FDA approval occurs, we will reassess.
