Doc’s Ricotta Cinnamon Delight


  • 1/2 cup Fat Free Ricotta Cheese (or Fat Free Cottage Cheese as an alternative)
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 packet Splenda, more or less



Mix ricotta cheese with Splenda.

Add cinnamon and blend.

Sweeten with additional Splenda, if needed, to taste. I used 1/2 packet.

Enjoy this sweet dish for a quick and easy breakfast or for dessert.

This recipe makes 2 servings of Very Lean Protein

Remember, no more than 1/2 cup of fat free ricotta per day.
