Cottage Cheese with Peaches and Cinnamon

  • ¼ cup of Nonfat or 1% fat cottage cheese
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 small peach, cut into wedges


Mix the cottage cheese with a dash of cinnamon to taste. Cut the peach into wedges and place on top.
