How do you stay motivated after a long day of chauffeuring kids to school, work, after school activities etc.?
Planning is key.
Have a Plan A (first choice), Plan B (backup) and Plan C (failsafe), as contingencies. The shortage of time is frequently part of why we make sub-optimal choices. Be prepared with a predetermined backup of plan-friendly snacks and food options that you have with you, when in the car, at a meeting or on the soccer field, or have on-hand at work and at home. Items such as cheese sticks, CMMD protein shakes, CMMD protein bars and snacks, are great options.
