Green Bean Crisps for web

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup FRESH green beans
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°

Grease pan or cookie sheet with PAM

Mix first 3 ingredients in a bowl

Dip the string bean in the mixture and place them one by one on the pan

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese

Place in the oven for about 5 minutes and finish under the broiler
