Doc’s Faux Focaccia or Substitute Matzah

Ingredients
Select 2 Cali’flour Foods Pizza Crusts (available in our CMMD pantry)
1 box contains 2 crusts and serves 4 people.
Can use any variety:

  • Sweet Red Pepper
  • Classic Italian
  • For Kosher Style, Vegan or Vegetarian: Plant Based Italian – 100% plant based ingredients
  • For Optional Toppings:
    • Onions
    • CMMD Premium Olive Oil
    • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Cook Original Italian or Sweet Pepper Cauliflower Pizza crust 6-10 minutes on a pan or pizza screen until edges are brown @ 375 degrees in a preheated oven.

OR

Cook Plant Based Cauliflower Pizza Crust 5-8 minutes on a pan or pizza screen @ 375 degrees in a preheated oven.

Let cool 5- 8 minutes and enjoy!

Optional Toppings:

  • Sauté 4 slices of sweet onion in CMMD Ultra-Premium Olive Oil.
  • Salt & pepper to taste.
  • Additional Option: Add a clove of fresh garlic or use CMMD Garlic Olive Oil
