Doc’s Tuscan Grilled Chicken Tenders and Asparagus over Organic Mixed Greens
Take desired quantity of chicken tenders and coat with CardioMender, MD Ultra-premium Tuscan Herb Olive Oil cook over medium-high BBQ and flip occasionally until lightly charred on the outside and cooked through.
Lay chicken tenders on a bed of mixed organic baby greens or on a Smartbun with baby greens. Smartbuns are available in the CardioMender, MD Pantry.
Tuscan Asparagus: Lightly coat fresh asparagus with CardioMender, MD Ultra-premium Tuscan Herb Olive–Oil. Microwave the asparagus for 90 seconds to 2 minutes then Place asparagus on a medium-high grill and roast for 3 to 4 minutes and flip occasionally until slightly charred.
1 bag of CardioMender, MD Fusilli Pasta
1 pouch of CardioMender, MD Vegetable Chili
Water in a pinch of salt
Take a single bag of CardioMender, MD Fusilli Pasta and place the boil-in-bag directly into 4 cups of slightly salted boiling water. Cook for 9 minutes. Two and a half minutes before the pasta is done cooking, place 1 packet of CardioMender, MD Vegetable Chili in a bowl with 2/3 cup of water and cook in a microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Empty the contents of the pasta bag into the chili once both are finished cooking. Stir and enjoy!

Select any of our frozen Cali’flour Pizza Crusts from our Pantry: Original Italian, Sweet Red Pepper, Spicy Jalapeño, or Plant Based.
2 tablespoons of good quality grated parmesan or fat-free mozzarella
Optional: Walden Farms Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
1 Cali’flour Pizza Crust
2-4 tablespoons of good quality grated parmesan cheese (2 tablespoons =- 1 LP); Can substitute 2-4 tablespoons of fat-free mozzarella cheese
Add Walden Farms Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce onto crust
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Place 1 frozen pizza crust in the preheated oven on a pan or a pizza screen and cook for 5 minutes
Remove crust form the oven and let cool for 5 minutes
Add grated parmesan OR zero fat mozzarella cheese to crust once cooled
Place pizza back in the oven and cook for 5-8 minutes until edge of pizza crust is medium to dark brown and cheese is melted.
Optional: Lightly brush on Walden Farms Tomato & Basil pasta sauce on partially crust prior to adding the cheese
Let cool several minutes & enjoy!
