Healthy Matcha Latte
Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ teaspoon Matcha green tea powder
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1 CardioMender, MD Vanilla Protein Shake (Exchange = 1 VLP)
- Stevia or Whole EarthTM to taste
- Optional: Walden Farms Pancake Syrup (Call 954-807-2163 to order)
Directions:
Combine Matcha green tea powder and 1 tablespoon hot water in a cup and mix until dissolved.
Heat the Vanilla Protein Shake until steamy. You may use a frother to froth, if desired. Pour the heated shake over the dissolved green tea powder and mix well.
Add sweetener to taste or add a bit of Walden Farms Pancake Syrup.
Enjoy hot or over ice.
