New Patient Initial Consultation $280
Includes:
- Weight loss program overview
- Medical evaluation with Cardiologist Barry H. Schiff, MD
- Weight and body fat measurements
- Blood pressure check
- Waist circumference
- EKG
- Blood work to check metabolism, kidney, liver and thyroid function, CBC, cholesterol, triglycerides, blood sugar and more
- Personal health disclosures
- 30 day supply of therapeutic multivitamins
- 30 day supply of fat burners (Calcium Pyruvate)
- Nutrimax/B12 injection (optional, but included)
- One week supply of appetite suppressants medication (if medically indicated)
- Customized nutritional and nutritional supplement program based on your individualized needs such as personal nutritional preferences (i.e. vegan/vegetarian), specific medical and health needs (i.e. Diabetes Mellitus) and activity level.
Weekly Visit $75
Includes:
- Weight and body fat measurements
- Blood pressure check
- Nutrimax/B12 injection
- Program assessment with our medical staff
- Follow-up visits with our weight loss physician as needed and upon request
- One week supply of appetite suppressant medication (if prescribed)
- Periodic re-measurement of waist circumference
- Periodic re-assessment of health risks
- Periodic nutritional counseling and provision of other educational and informational materials
Maintenance Visits
Includes:
- Weekly visits for weigh-ins, including a monthly in-depth review with one of our weight loss specialists, including our weight loss physicians
- Weekly B12 Fat Burner injections
- Access to our online Patient Portal to help you track your success
- 24/7 support available to you
Pricing for our Maintenance Program is as follows:
- 1 month – $75
- 3 month Package – $209 (7% off)
- 6 month Package – $389 (13% off)
