Doc’s Grilled Peaches and Strawberries- A Variation

Ingredients

Ripe peaches – whole with skins on

Ripe strawberries with stems on

Coconut oil or a mister with a CardioMender, MD premium olive oil. Choose your favorite flavor.

Fresh rosemary (you can use any fresh herb you like)

Fresh mint to garnish

Directions

Place the ripe fruit into a grilling rack.

Use a pastry brush to apply some coconut oil, or a mister to apply CardioMender, MD flavored olive oil, turning to cover.

Place fresh rosemary all over.

Place on the grill, turning when browned and tender. Re-apply coconut oil as needed.

Remove from rack and garnish with fresh mint.

Optional – sweeten with a sprinkle of Splenda
